Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers of RITOKU DISTRIBUTION LIMITED ("the Company") are eligible for refunds on products purchased ("Products").
  1. General Refund Conditions

    1. The Client is entitled to a refund only in the following circumstances:

      • If the Product is incorrect.
      • If the Product is used.
      • If the Product is revoked.

      These conditions apply provided that the fault does not lie with the Client.

    2. Refund Process:

      • The Company will refund the price paid for the Product using the same method of payment used by the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
      • The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days following the receipt of the Client's refund request, subject to the Client's eligibility for such a refund.
    3. Limitation of Liability:

      • The Company is not responsible or liable for account bans or closures on the Product developer’s platform.
      • No refunds will be issued if the Client’s access to relevant content is declined, blocked, or stopped due to a ban (temporary or permanent) imposed by the relevant developer on their platform.
  2. Additional Provisions for European Union Customers

    1. Right of Withdrawal:

      • EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen calendar days, commencing the day after the date of purchase (the "Cooling Off Period"), under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
      • The right of withdrawal is lost if our Services begin before the end of the Cooling Off Period, such as if the Product activation key has been disclosed to the Client.
      • To withdraw from a purchase within the Cooling Off Period, Clients must contact the Company.
    2. Refund for Withdrawal:

      • If the Client withdraws from the purchase within the Cooling Off Period, the Company will provide a refund for the purchase.

    This Refund Policy is subject to change at the discretion of RITOKU DISTRIBUTION LIMITED. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
